Hi I’m Adelle, currently Second in Science and Pedagogical Leader in a Midlands 11-16 secondary school. I’ve just completed my NPQLT and started the NPQLTD course. I’ve always had an interest in educational research since my university days but got lost with the demands of teaching life to read deeper below the surface. But I’ve rediscovered the love of studying people and explore why we do what do. Here I’ll be sharing my thoughts of educational studies that capture me and also share reflections of my own teaching practice.
